OMERS Growth Equity Bets on Online Executive Education Systems

ExecOnline, Inc. is a New York-based provider of executive education courses. ExecOnline raised US$ 45 million in Series D funding. OMERS Growth Equity led, and was joined by insiders Kaplan, ABS Capital Partners, NewSpring, and Osage Venture Partners. As a result of the transaction, Saar Pikar, Managing Director with OMERS Growth Equity, will join the ExecOnline board of directors.
Stephen Bailey is the Founder and CEO of ExecOnline. Prior to ExecOnline, Bailey served as the CEO of Frontier Strategy Group LLC (FSG), a software and information services business serving Fortune 500 executives who have responsibility for international markets.
