OMERS Growth Equity led, and was joined by insiders Kaplan, ABS Capital Partners, NewSpring, and Osage Venture Partners. As a result of the transaction, Saar Pikar, Managing Director with OMERS Growth Equity, will join the ExecOnline board of directors.
