Havre Police Department Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 68, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after an officer investigated suspicious activity Friday at 10:04 a.m. on First Street West. A caller at Lions Park on 16th Avenue reported Friday at 2:24 p.m. finding a phone. A Friday 2:40 p.m. caller on Fifth Avenue reported a garage door opener and rental keys were stolen. John Joseph Bear Jr. of Havre, 32, was arrested on two state District Court warrants, two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servants after an officer stopped to speak with a man on Third Street Friday at 3:03 p.m.

Havre Police Department Someone stopped at the police station Thursday at 8:01 a.m. to speak with an officer about filing charges. Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 68, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a First Street business reported an attempted beer theft Thursday at 11:53 a.m. Raymond Windyboy of Box Elder, 59, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and open container after a caller on First Street reported at 2:08 p.m. Thursday that a man was on the ground and rolling around. Brian Douglas Couch or Plentywood, 45, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller on First Street Northeast reported a man urinating on the property.
