February 3rd Last Day To Establish Residency For Everett City Council Districts

Here are the final 5 districts. There are also 2 city-wide council positions (6 and 7) which are not on the ballot until 2023. Click to enlarge. This year the Primary Election is set for August 3rd. Per the rules of the City of Everett Charter when it comes to eligibility to run in one of the five separate City Council Districts, those choosing to run for positions 1 – 5 have until February 3rd to establish residency to represent that district.
Sec. 2.2. Eligibility to Hold Elective Office.
