Rosie arrived home from the hospital friday afternoon. She was released nine days after being struck by a motorcyclist that fled the scene. Today is thanksgiving. She came home. Reporter is a Surveillance Video posted on social media, showing the moment that the motorcycle crashes into rosie as she crossed the street.
