So we are extremely excited about this. This is step one in what will be probably a lengthy process, but we are going to be our committee will be providing recommendations and a report to the mayor within six months. So we are looking at january for that. We will certainly share that report with you. We are preparing this alongside our move to 49 south van ness. When we moved to the new building, there will be a permit center there and so timing is really appropriate because were moving into this space and we want to have a path for success once we are in there.
