今年4月間，台中一名7歲的黃姓小男童，遭何姓柔道教練、學長過肩摔20多次，導致傷重昏迷，與死神拔河70天，本月29日因心臟衰竭去世，讓家屬崩痛哭斷腸，消息傳出後，很多網友紛紛感到不捨，就連台中市長盧秀燕，也在臉書發文哀悼，表示司法會還(男童)公道。據《Ettoday》報導，何姓柔道教練得知死訊，據悉他感到相當難過，僅表示會「好好面對司法判決」，但男童家屬卻質疑，既然「感到難過」，為何遲遲等不到教練的一句道歉？

據了解，黃童因想要保護家人，主動要求練習柔道，於豐原某柔道館參加免費課程，不料他才上課2周，就遭67歲的何姓柔道教練、學長過肩摔20多次，即便黃童不斷哭喊很痛、哀嚎求饒，但何姓教練卻說「別裝了，不站� ....
