OMAHA, Neb., June 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/  Scoular on Tuesday announced that it has created a new division to lead its businesses in the early stages of development and to serve as an incubator for strategic investment opportunities. Scoular Senior Vice President Ed Prosser will lead the new division, called Emerging Businesses.
