We still arent absolutely clear as to why. Right now on Eyewitness News, rampage in west philadelphia. A man targeting Police Officers shoots a total of six people leaving two officers wounded and a 25yearold woman dead. Good evening, im Natasha Brown. Thanks for joining us. Investigators called the rampage one of the most violent act the city has seen in a very long time. Police say the gunman was a 25yearold philadelphia man named Nicholas Glen. Too, in the leg. On 49th and sansom a man and a woman in their car would become the shooters next victims. The 25yearold female died at the hospital several hours later. In a nearby alley way police cornered glen, a shootout ensued. University of pennsylvania Security Guard eddie miller was shot but is expected to recover. The suspect was killed.
