إثيوبيا: لا نعترف بـ"الحق التاريخي" للمياه ولسنا في حاجة لمباركة مصرية ولا سودانية (فيديو) | مفاوضات سد النهضة أخبار

قال زيرهون آبيبي عضو فريق التفاوض الإثيوبي بملف سد النهضة إن بلاده ماضية في الملء الثاني للسد، وإنه من المستحيل إيقاف التعبئة لا سيّما وأن دولتي المصب وقعتا على اتفاقية المبادئ، عام 2015.
وأكد آبيبي أن بلاده هي بلد المنبع ومن حقها أن تستفيد من هذه المياه وأن الهدف من تشغيل السد هو توليد الكهرباء، مشيرًا إلى أن بلاده تحتاج حصة من مياه النيل الأزرق شأنها شأن دولتي المصب، وأنه ليس من المقبول عدم حصول إثيوبيا على حصة من المياه.
وشدّد آبيبي على أنه وفق القانون الدولي فلا وجود لما يسميه المصريون “الحق التاريخي” في مياه النيل، وإنما مشاطرة المياه ....
