Alexander Lott: Nord Stream explosions and Estonia's environmental security

The construction of the Nord Stream pipelines breached international environmental law's precautionary principle and ecosystem approach. Environment minister wants felling reduced to under 10 million cubic meters

Time is, once again, running out for consultations with municipalities, and to convene a forestry council in the framework of preparations for the Forestry Development Plan (MAK).
