Reporter prosecutors say the suspect did not act alone. Today he was here in court also with an accomplice here in Alameda County superior court. Details were revealed about the murder and what happened in the aftermath in Alameda County over the weekend. This is video of Esmid Pedraza, again, the suspect who was in court. Hes charged with murder and needed an interpreter to get through his arraignment today. Today prosecutors revealed he had help after the fact. Ped raraza and the victim atten a party in hayward saturday night, and they left at sunday at 1 00 and thats when prosecutors say he shot his girlfriend Stacey Aguilar to death. Thats when another person came out of the party and helped pedraza get rid of the party. Both men rolled staceys body down a hillside off Morrison Canyon road here in nearby fr fremo fremont. Pedraza is now facing murder charges and his friend donato is facing charges after the fact. His cousin was in court today. He didnt want to show his face and was
