The Missouri State Highway Patrol has issued an endangered person advisory for a Franklin County man with mental health and cognitive impairments who has been missing since late Friday.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office has launched a search for Esley John Ray, a 47-year-old resident of Franklin County. Ray, who is known to have a history of violence, is currently missing and may be avoiding law enforcement.
