Legal woes grind Fairhaven town administrator search to a halt Daniel Schemer FAIRHAVEN The town’s hunt for its next town administrator got complicated, as one of the candidates to be interviewed is threatening legal action against one of the selectmen who will vote on the position. Wendy Graves, Finance Director and Treasurer, as well as interim town administrator since the retirement of Mark Rees, was supposed to be interviewed for the position this past week. The night of the interview, Feb. 23, documents were posted on social media by Ann Espindola, wife of Selectman Robert Espindola.
