A study from Columbia University that looked at a large population of adults iagnosed with schizophrenia has found the youngest group (18-34) had the highest suicide risk and those aged 65 and older had the lowest. In the general US population, younger adults have less risk and older age groups have greater risk.

The Mississippi State Department of Health reported 240 new cases of COVID-19 and two coronavirus-related deaths Friday.
Since the virus hit the state in March 2020, a total of 313,166 cases and 7,228 coronavirus-related deaths have been reported.
According to a New York Times database Friday, at least 818 new coronavirus deaths and 47,325 new cases were reported in the U.S. on Thursday. Over the past week, there has been an average of 45,081 cases per day, a decrease of 27% from the average two weeks earlier.
