Its an honor to welcome her to gaston hall and to hear her reflections this afternoon. I also wish to express our gratitude to the honorable Robert Katzmann, chief judge of u. S. Court of appeals for the Second Circuit, for all his efforts to make this extraordinary symposium possible for our community.
