A Buffalo man accused of fatally stabbing a woman has been found guilty of first-degree manslaughter after a jury trial, the Erie County District Attorney s Office announced.
Benjamin Rodriguez, 42, pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter, a Class B violent felony, before Erie County Court Judge Suzanne Maxwell Barnes. He remains held without bail pending sentencing in July.
