Dan Rosen, an accounting clerk from Philadelphia, will compete on "Jeopardy!" on Wednesday, Dec. 14 against Mollie Cowger, a puzzle and games assistant editor from San Francisco, California, and a the winner from Tuesday's contest. He looks to follow the likes of Ryan Long and Cris Pannullo, who each pulled off lengthy winning streaks on the quiz show earlier this year.
Chris Pannullo won again on Jeopardy! on Tuesday night's episode, increasing his streak to 12 games and adding another $24,179 to his total winnings. So far, Pannullo, an Ocean City, New Jersey, resident, has won $380,881. On Wednesday evening, he will play Katy Rudolphy, a civil servant from Grand Prairie, Texas, and John Dorsey, a loan operations specialist from Potomac, Maryland.
Ryan Long, a 16-time "Jeopardy!" winner from Mt. Airy who will compete in the upcoming Tournament of Champions, appeared on an episode of "Celebrity Jeopardy!" wearing an Eagles jersey to deliver clues about Philadelphia. The episode aired Sunday night and is available now on Hulu.
Erica Weiner-Amachi, a fourth grade teacher at KIPP Philadelphia Public School, will compete Tuesday in the new "Jeopardy! Second Chance" competition. The game gives contestants who lost in their initial appearances in Season 38 the chance to battle it out for a spot in the upcoming Tournament of Champions. Weiner-Amachi will seek to avenge her Final Jeopardy tie-breaker loss from July.
Cris Pannullo, of Ocean City, New Jersey, will compete on 'Jeopardy!' on Friday, Sept. 30. In 2018, he appeared on another ABC game show, 'Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?' He won $5,000. Pannullo will try to match the feats of Philadelphia resident Ryan Long, who will appear on the 'Jeopardy! Tournament of Champions' later this fall.
