And as a result, i turned down a deal, by the way, i could have had a deal on one count probably would have done 18 months. The doj was going to insist on prison time, but the deal i turned down was 1 count, 18 months. It was a 10,000. My restitution would have been 10,000. I would have been fined 1 million. Instead, i said, no, they indicted me on 43 counts, faced 430 the government asked for 430 years in prison. I ultimately got only 72 months. I had to forfeit 62 million and fined 19 million on top of it.
