AGASSIZ WATER USERS DISTRICT NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING Notice is hereby given to the members of Agassiz Water Users District that the Annual Meeting of the Members will be held on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 7:00 PM at the Manvel Community Center, Manvel, North Dakota. The by-laws of the District provide that you may attend this meeting in person. If you are unable to attend, for any reason, your proxy will be voted on by the President of the District. The by-laws provide that to transact the usual business of the District, there must be at least ten percent (10%) of the members in person or by proxy. A proxy form is enclosed for your convenience. Please return it in the enclosed self-addressed envelope to insure a quorum. A drawing will be held from the returned proxies. Directors are to be elected at this meeting for three-year terms.
