Grand jury issues vehicular manslaughter indictment in Russellville fatal car crash case
Russellville family demands justice after daughter’s death

UPDATE: Russellville Police Chief Chris Hargett confirmed new information to WAFF concerning a fatal car crash in August 2020.

On Tuesday, Antonio Sears was indicted by a grand jury on vehicular manslaughter for the death of 27-year-old Tonya Junior.
A report from the Russellville Police Department states the accident happened just after midnight on August 16th. Tonya was a passenger. Officers say the driver of the vehicle who’s car she was in, was reportedly driving 70 miles per hour, in a 25 mile per hour speed zone with the headlights off. The driver of the car survived, but investigators have not indicated if he will ....
