Having a single egress in event of an emergency, frankly, is something we are having a really hard time understanding, especially when a conditional use has to be granted by this body, saying that that is the right decision to make. So if there was a fire at this restaurant thats here, the building next door, residents would have no way in or out of this area. As you can see, this is the only access, ironically when this picture was taken, a house was getting painted so im not sure how residents would get in or out next time the house has to get painted. This is the property. You can see theres only one threefoot access in and out. So just talking about the fire danger, so i think one of the issues with this project is t ....
