Supreme CourtAdministrator Raul Villanueva (Facebook photo) MANILA - Deputy Court Administrator Raul Villanueva has been promoted Court Administrator following a Supreme Court (SC) en banc session Tuesday. Villanueva was appointed Officer-in-Charge in November last year when Jose Midas Marquez was designated associate justice. He also served before as Senior Deputy Court Administrator for Luzon. The University of the Philippines (UP) Alpha Phi Beta Fraternity congratulated its "brother", saying he acted as an advocate for the concerns and welfare of the trial court judges and court personnel in his 19 years so far with the judiciary. "The Fraternity salutes Court Administrator Raul Villanueva for taking on the challenge of supervising all the judges, courts and personnel in the entire country," the group posted on Facebook.
