A brand new apartment building in east Baltimore is designating new, fully furnished units for people leaving homelessness and going into permanent housing.
Some 35 formerly homeless residents will be moving into their new, permanent apartments in the next few days at Sojourner Place at Oliver, a $22 million residence near historic Green Mount Cemetery.
