BATON ROUGE — The Louisiana Public Service Commission on Friday, working on four days notice, approved Entergy s plan to upgrade its power grid and bill ratepayers for the $1.9 billion project.
The Louisiana Public Service Commission approved the first phase of Entergy Louisiana's comprehensive grid resilience plan during a meeting on Friday, April 19, in Many. The $1.9 billion plan will cause users bills to increase over the next five years.
