Hudson County View By John Heinis/Hudson County View Madhur Patel, 24, of Jersey City, was charged with carjacking, throwing bodily fluid at a law enforcement officer, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (Phencyclidine or PCP), according to Police Det. Lt. Danilo Cabrera. On Monday at about 4:26 p.m., the Hoboken Police Department received multiple 911 calls of a man attempting to enter motor vehicles in the area of 14th Street and Park Avenue. Police Officers Francis McCourt and Enrico Gnassi responded and located the suspect, later  identified as Patel. Two victims reported that they were stopped at a red light at the intersection of 14th Street and Park Avenue with one vehicle stopped behind the other.
