The Indiana Department of Environmental Management is using a $3 million federal grant to track greenhouse-gas pollution in the state. The Climate Pollution Reduction Grant from the Environmental Protection Agency will allow the state to establish a greenhouse-gas emissions inventory and make a climate action plan to address the findings. "We were one of the organizations that originally pushed for this funding to be accepted by the state, to address climate pollution and climate emissions," said Delaney Barber, outreach energy and climate coordinator for the Hoosier Environmental Council.
