The spirit horse tradition began in 2009. The Spirit Horse Program is an annual tradition that allows students to design a fiberglass horse and leave behind a legacy.
The university continues its efforts this semester to renew and create spaces on campus including the Cooper Street Bridges, Greek Life Center, Life Sciences Building and Maverick Hall.
