FUNDING has been found for repair work to footpaths at Yeadon s Engine Field Park after an approach to the area s three ward councillors. This area is an undiscovered gem of a park at one end of the popular footpath which links Yeadon and Guiseley via the old railway line , said Cllr Sandy Lay. Parts of the path network have been damaged and we were approached to see if funding was available for repairs. Luckily there was a pot of Covid 19 money to encourage people to exercise which was not spent. It would have been lost had we had not grabbed it for Yeadon . ....
