Absolute Software to Acquire NetMotion, For USD$340M Absolute Software Corporation (Nasdaq: ABST) (TSX: ABST), a Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada-based provider of endpoint resilience solutions, is to acquire NetMotion Software, Inc., a Seattle, Washington-based provider of connectivity and security solutions. Under the terms of the agreement, Absolute will acquire 100% of privately-held NetMotion for USD$340m in cash.
