with him to the cabinet meeting. i just got a great letter from kim jong-un. those few people that i have shown this letter to, they have never written letters like that. this is a great letter. we made a lot of progress with north korea and kim jong-un. chairman kim has been we ve had we established a very good relationship. a lot of good things are happening. it s unclear when or where the president and kim jong-un will meet again, if they meet again. they last met in june at the summit in singapore where they agreed to the broad outlines of a way to get north korea to give up their nuclear weapons program. implementing that has been a challenge as north korea has not shown any significant sign that they re dismantling their nuclear program and ballistic missile program. officials do point out though that over the past year in fact longer than that north korea has refrained from launching missiles or exploding nuclear
