As at the time of writing, Villa Marina is 23 years old, so it’s certainly no spring chicken. Maybe it’s a function of its age, but I do believe that Villa Marina has been overlooked by most people mainly because it has such larger-than-life neighbours. These massive developments (Mandarin Gardens, Neptune Court, and Laguna Park) often take up headlines.
