He was unresponsive and officers tried to wake him. He appeared to be intoxicated so they tried to give him a breath test. Police prosecutor Sergeant Shaun Janes told the court Khan was uncooperative with police and tried to enter the vehicle again, so had to be restrained. He was taken back to the Rockhampton Police Station where he blew 0.119. âHe made full admissions of being the driver of the vehicle at the time,â Sergeant Janes said. ....
