Every member of congress they almost weigh them send in and say i have got somebody in my district you should look at. a program i voted against. anding the ability to actually pick winners and losers which we don t have. chris: you were saying in the case of aptera that the federal energy department give them a loan guarantee. not give them a loan guarantee. it expired without them getting it. chris: i m not saying you were successful. i m just saying you try. the request was they have a loan application in, please give them a yes or no. that is a big difference. a lot of loans went in and people spent money processing and never heard. in the case of solyndra they contributed heavily to barack obama and got a loan and got it quickly and ex-podited. the e-mails show there was hurry all the way up to the vice president, we have to do
