BROCKWAY — A Brockway woman is facing animal cruelty charges after more than 20 neglected animals were removed from her property in Warsaw Township by authorities in late 2023.

This year’s Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, the annual literary event in Los Angeles, includes a stellar lineup of UC Riverside authors.
