Someone fired a gun into the crowd on the citys popular sixth street. A woman in her 20s was pronounced dead at the scene. Three others were taken to the hospital with wounds. Police are still searching for the gunman. Shots were fired seven minutes later at a parking garage blocks away. No one was hurt in that incident and bystanders were able to tackle the shooter.
