　　约谈的缘由来至于当天的一次监督检查。当天上午，营山县纪委监委驻县人社局纪检监察组在骆市镇监督检查时，该镇的一份退休职工生存认证表引起了他们的注意，“这张表上的生存认证方式全是‘面见本人’，时间也都是6月1日，这些情况是否属实？”
　　“我镇退休职工生存认证对象多、涉及面广，我们便将任务分解到退休党支部，由支部书记进行生存核实，其中不能见面的通过电话核实，然后统一上报我们，我们统计表册是6月1日做的，所以统一填写的是6月1日。”工作人员解释道。
　　退休职工生存认证是一项重要工作，来不得半点马虎，要么面见本人，要么由本人提供头像。镇上工作人员对工作不认真、不负责，这种情况学校是否存在呢？带着这样的疑问，监督检查组又走进了该镇小学校。
