WEST HARTFORD, CT A seven-year prison sentence was handed down to a man authorities said last resided in West Hartford in a federal drug case.
John H. Durham, United States attorney for the District of Connecticut, said that 51-year-old Manuel Santiago, who is also known as Pete and Green-eyed Pete and last resided in West Hartford, was sentenced Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer to 84 months in prison, followed by five years of supervised release, for trafficking cocaine, and for violating the conditions of his supervised release from a prior federal conviction. ....
