Mark Marshall (20) appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court last Thursday having admitted taking his sister’s car without her permission in Islay Court, Grangemouth on November 20.

Procurator fiscal depute Sarah Smith said: “In the early hours the witness was within her home and heard a loud bang from outside. She saw a car had collided with her parked vehicle.”
There were a number of other parked vehicles in the street at the time and Marshall hit most of them, before driving away.
The car went off the road and Marshall was struggling to gain traction, but he was eventually able to drive away again. ....
