The buyer was Luther Group affiliate NBI Partners LLC. The seller was JLML Family LLC, an affiliate of New Berlin-based James Luterbach Construction Co.
Watertown-based Bethesda Lutheran Communities is moving forward with plans to bring a new model of housing for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to Milwaukee’s near west side, the first of what could be several similar developments in the area.

Luther Group LLC plans to develop a roughly 90,000-square-foot industrial building just east of I-41 on Milwaukee s far northwest side.The building would be constructed at 11601 W. Bradley Road, according to city records and an
online listing. It will be built on approximately 6 acres of vacant land just south of two existing industrial flex buildings that Luther Group owns.Jason Luther, president and manager of Luther Group, said his firm bought the property in 2018, and had always contemplated developing another building on the southern 6 acres.Luther Group is moving forward soon with those plans now that the other two buildings are fully leased, he said. We feel there s a market for this type of user in the city of Milwaukee, he said.Luther said he particularly likes the location because of its proximity to the I-41/Highway 45 corridor.The company has applied for a certified survey map, which would separate the 6-acre building site from the area where the two
