Several hundred or so in the new orleans area. Katrina was an enormous and very powerful storm. What katrina has done has caused a cultural dais for a diaspora. Our culture is sprinkled all throughout the country now. Im gonna face katrina ah, just never gonna come back here again thats what im gonna do now announcer the city of new orleans one year after katrina is now home to less than a 50 of its population prior to the storm. A couple who were both seriously ill in hospital with coronavirus have been married in intensive care just before the groom was put on a ventilator. The couple were supposed to be getting married injune. Staff at Milton Keynes University Hospital found them a vicar and helped them to organise a ceremony complete with a cake and flowers. War time president , fighting a war against invisible enemy, and hes telling people to defy the guidelines that he himself has set out, liberate their states from democratic governors, i mean where do things stand with states reopening . Governors and president not on the same page certainly in terms of testing, and no sign of further embrace of testing by this president. Reporter weve been wondering all week if the president has been hearing concerns about testing. Tonight we saw at least his officials were, came out to lay out where they were with testing. He believes there are some states that need to meet the criteria to start phase one and some states have the testing levels that they believe will lead to start the reopening phase. Didnt say which states they were, didnt want to encourage that, leaving up to the governors. We didnt really get a clear picture of what they are going to do to ramp up testing.
