Supplied Jesse Moss and Ellen Platfoot s stolen Toyota Hiace has been recovered after Lance Hibberd, 36, was arrested in Twizel on Tuesday afternoon. Wanted man Lance Hibberd has been arrested in Twizel and will appear in the Timaru District Court on a raft of charges on Wednesday. Hibberd, 36, was wanted on a warrant to arrest on numerous burglary and theft charges, with Senior Constable Brad Morton, of Lake Tekapo, saying on Monday there were signs he has been active in the Mackenzie, and other areas. A stolen camper van, believed to be in Hibberd s possession has also been recovered. On Tuesday, police Senior Sergeant Antony Callon, of Timaru, confirmed a member of the public had tipped police off and Hibberd was arrested at a Twizel bar about 2pm. ....
