The Toastmasters Mid-Day Club generally meets the first and third Saturdays of the month from 7 to 8 a.m. and the second and fourth Tuesdays from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
A celebration of cultures from around the world with food, dance and demonstrations will take place Oct. 21 from noon to 4 p.m. at Zane Middle School, 2155 S St., Eureka.
