6-year-old fatally struck identified; 2 women under arrest, police say

BUTLER COUNTY, Ohio (FOX19) - One of two children struck in Hamilton Tuesday night has died, and now two women are under arrest, police say.
The Butler County Coroner identified the boy as 6-year-old Nolen Scott Jones, who succumbed to his injuries before reaching the hospital, according to Sgt. Richard Burkhardt.
Burkhardt says Nolen was a kindergartner at Linden Elementary.
Logan Watson, 11, was injured and remains hospitalized with “incapacitating injuries” Wednesday morning, according to Hamilton police. ....
