The AGM will be followed by an Extraordinary General Meeting (the EGM ) to be held at the same location for the purpose of seeking shareholders approval for the reappointment of Mrs. Lihi Elimelech Bechor as external director for three years.
While the Board recognises that the AGM represents an important opportunity for it to engage with shareholders and provides a forum that enables shareholders to speak directly with the Board, in light of the current COVID-19 situation and related public health guidance and legislation, shareholders will not be able to attend the AGM or the EGM in person.
