The Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region (BFP-NCR) identified the fatalities as Frencelyn Batol De Leon, 35; and Precious Prey De Leon, 6.
A certain Jonel Mandap, 36, also suffered from second degree burns on his body. He was brought to Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center for treatment.
