Four people, including a Monsey resident, were killed when a plane crashed into a house in Ukraine Wednesday.
Michael Specht, Ramapo town supervisor, confirmed the identity of the victims in a tweet Wednesday.
We mourn the loss of young Monsey resident Amrom Fromowitz, along with Hershy Weiss (London), Eleizer Brill (Brooklyn) & pilot Igor Tabanyuk, the tweet read.  The three young students and their pilot died in a plane crash in Ukraine today. Our thoughts are with their families at this tragic time.
The four victims were on a four-seat Advantic WT-10 plane that crashed near the village of Sheparivtsi in the Kolomyia district of the Ivano-Frankivsk region in western Ukraine, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said in a Facebook post. ....
