(NYSE: AME), a Berwyn, Pa.-based global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices, completed its acquisition of Abaco Systems, Inc., a provider of mission critical embedded computing systems, in an all-cash transaction valued at $1.35 billion.
