Celebration Cinema South is Finally Open Again as of Thursday Have you been back to a movie theater since the pandemic? I finally went to see the new Mortal Kombat at Rivertown in Grandville but as someone who lives in Kentwood all I can think is FINALLY the one by me is opening again!! Don t get me wrong, I m a big fan of Celebration North and Studio Park, but sometimes I appreciate the convenience of having a movie theater down the road. Celebration Cinema announced that their South location will be open again on Thursday after being closed for over a year now. According to Grand Rapids Business Journal, resuming the South location and Studio C in Okemos will complete the reopening of Celebration s 10 [indoor] theaters since the pandemic. ....
