Patrick D. Proefriedt, 26, was arrested and charged with murder after allegedly shooting his 3-week-old infant daughter with a crossbow Monday morning, according to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office.
The baby was shot in the torso, with the crossbow bolt exiting her body and hitting the mother. Proefriedt allegedly removed the bolt and tried to stop the mum calling 911
